This Disclaimer applies to the website and online content provided by PureTi (“PureTi”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

It explains the scope of our general website information, product guidance and links to external resources. Please read it alongside our Terms of Service, Returns & Refund Policy, Lifetime Warranty and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

1. Website Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that our website information is accurate, clear and current. However, occasional typographical errors, outdated information or technical issues may occur.

We may correct errors and update website content when necessary. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you promptly to explain the issue and available options.

Changes to website content do not retrospectively remove product promises, warranties or rights associated with an earlier purchase.

General articles, recipes and educational content provide background information. Product descriptions, specifications, safety instructions and representations made about products remain subject to applicable law.

 

2. Product Descriptions and Materials

PureTi products may use different materials and construction methods according to their design and intended purpose.

A product described as having a titanium surface or component is not necessarily made entirely from titanium. Handles, lids, bases, internal layers and other components may use different materials, as described in the relevant product information.

Please refer to the individual product description for its materials, dimensions, included items and compatibility.

Statements about a particular material, component or product should not be taken as applying to every part of a product or to the entire PureTi range. Material information and important limitations will be identified in the relevant product information.

This section does not qualify or withdraw any specific representation made about a product.

 

3. Product Images and Appearance

We aim to display our products accurately. Colours and the appearance of reflective surfaces may differ slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings.

Minor variations in texture or finish may also occur between individual products. Such variations do not excuse a product that is faulty, materially different from its description or inconsistent with an agreed specification.

Where dimensions are approximate or subject to a manufacturing tolerance, this will be stated in the product information. Product updates do not authorise us to substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Props, food and styling accessories shown in photographs are not included unless the product description states otherwise. We aim to make the contents of each product or set clear.

 

4. Safe and Intended Use

Unless stated otherwise, PureTi products are designed for normal household and kitchen use.

Please read the instructions supplied with your product and the relevant Care & Use guidance before use.

Use each product for its intended purpose and observe its specific temperature limits, heat-source compatibility, cleaning requirements and other precautions. Instructions for one PureTi product may not apply to another.

When using kitchenware:

• Use suitable protection when handling hot cookware, trays, lids or other heated components.

• Keep cutting boards and other preparation surfaces stable during use.

• Keep children away from hot cookware, sharp utensils and other kitchen hazards.

• Avoid modifications or uses that could compromise the product’s safety.

• Stop using a product if damage or a fault makes it unsafe, and contact us for assistance.

A product described as having a stay-cool or heat-resistant component should still be used according to its stated limits and instructions.

If you need a product for a particular purpose or have questions about compatibility, please contact us before purchase. This does not limit any rights that apply where you have relied on our advice or representations.

 

5. Wear and Changes During Use

Normal use may cause cosmetic changes, including scratches, surface marks or changes in colour. Whether a change is expected depends on the product, its materials and how it has been used.

Cosmetic changes alone do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect. However, we will assess concerns according to the circumstances, our Lifetime Warranty and applicable consumer law.

We do not treat every instance of discolouration, deterioration or damage as normal wear. If you are concerned about the condition or safety of a product, please contact us.

 

6. Health and General Educational Content

General information about cooking, kitchen hygiene, materials or food preparation is not a substitute for personalised advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

PureTi kitchenware is not presented as a medical treatment or a means of diagnosing, preventing or curing a medical condition.

This section does not reduce our responsibility for the accuracy of product claims, safety information or instructions. Claims about material composition, testing, hygiene or other product benefits apply only within the scope stated in the relevant product information.

 

7. External Websites and Services

Our website may link to third-party websites or resources. Unless expressly stated, a link does not indicate that PureTi endorses all content or services provided by that third party.

We do not control independently operated websites. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using them or providing personal information.

This section does not remove our responsibilities for products or services supplied by PureTi, including where we engage another business to assist us.

 

8. Website Availability and Security

We take reasonable steps to maintain our website and protect it against security threats. However, continuous availability and completely error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. If a website issue affects an order, payment or account, please contact us so we can investigate.

Any interruption does not remove our obligations concerning payments already received, orders placed or rights arising under applicable law.

9. Responsibility and Liability

PureTi remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law, including consumer guarantees and any enforceable product promises or warranties.

Subject to those obligations, PureTi is not responsible for loss or damage to the extent it is caused solely by misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow appropriate product instructions, and is not attributable to a product defect, inadequate instructions or another act or omission by PureTi.

This Disclaimer does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage arising from a failure to meet a consumer guarantee.

A failure to follow a care instruction does not automatically remove all warranty or consumer rights. We will consider whether it caused or contributed to the issue concerned.

 

10. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to an international purchase also remain unaffected.

 

11. Intellectual Property

Website content, including PureTi branding, logos, photographs, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to PureTi unless otherwise identified.

You may access and use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of protected content requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law.

We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes to our website, products, business practices or legal obligations.

The current version will appear on our website with its “Last updated” date. Updates do not retrospectively reduce rights, warranties or commitments associated with an earlier purchase.
