Yes. Titanium is highly resistant to corrosion and everyday wear, making Pureti products easy to clean and suitable for regular dishwasher use.

Pureti products are designed for long-term use, which helps reduce waste from frequent replacement. Titanium is also recyclable, making it a more durable and responsible material choice.

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging and dispatch. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Yes — PureTi ships worldwide from Australia. Orders to Australia and New Zealand can be placed directly through our website. For all other countries, orders are arranged individually through our international order form.

Please note: We do not ship to restricted countries and regions. A valid residential or business delivery address is required.

Australia and New Zealand can order straight from the store. From anywhere else:

For most metropolitan areas:

Rural and remote areas may take longer.

International delivery typically takes 6–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the shipping option agreed for your order. Estimates do not include processing time, and customs clearance can add to delivery times.

Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, weather conditions, peak holiday periods, or other unforeseen logistics issues.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes. If your order contains multiple items, they may sometimes be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@pureti.com.au. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel in a safe place, or redirect it to a nearby pickup point.

If your parcel is redirected to a pickup location, it must be collected within the courier’s holding period. Uncollected parcels may be returned, destroyed, or abandoned according to courier policies.

Please:

1. Check around your property or mailbox
2. Ask neighbors or building management
3. Wait up to 36 hours in case the parcel was scanned early
4. Contact the courier using your tracking number

PureTi is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. Customers may need to file a claim directly with the courier. We will assist where possible, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

If your shipment appears lost or has been stuck for more than 4 weeks, please contact us at hello@pureti.com.au.

You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. However, cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already entered processing or shipping.

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must also arrive back at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

Email us at hello@pureti.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Items must be unused, in original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for used items.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: used or damaged items; sale, clearance, or last-chance items (unless faulty); custom or personalised items; gift cards and downloadable items; items returned outside the 30-day window; items sent back without prior approval.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Yes — all orders are eligible for return for store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
