5. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to support website functions, remember preferences, understand how visitors use our store and measure or personalise advertising.
Information collected through these technologies may include device identifiers, browsing activity, interactions with advertisements and purchase events.
Where required by applicable law, we obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or tracking technologies.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, the privacy preference controls on our website. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality.
Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, you can exercise that right through the available website controls or by contacting us. We honour recognised opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
Some advertising disclosures may be classified as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain laws, even when no money is exchanged. Any such activity is subject to applicable requirements and your privacy choices.

7. Shopify
Shopify processes personal information when you browse and purchase from our store, including information provided at checkout and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Where we enable Shopify Network Intelligence or related Enhanced Services, Shopify may use information about your interactions with our store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify. These services can support personalisation, advertising, fraud prevention and improvements to commerce services.
Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers in countries outside Australia for these purposes.
You can learn more through:
Shopify’s Privacy Portal provides information about exercising privacy rights in relation to Shopify’s own processing. For requests concerning information held by PureTi, please contact us using the details below.
8. Reviews, Photos and Promotions
If you submit a review or other content for publication, the content and the display name associated with it may be visible to others. Please avoid including private information you do not want published.
Submitting a review does not automatically authorise us to use your photographs, videos or other content in unrelated advertising. We will seek permission where required.
If you enter a competition or giveaway, we use your information to administer entries, contact winners and deliver prizes. Any publication of winner information will follow the promotion’s disclosed terms and applicable law.
9. Overseas Processing and Disclosure
Some service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia. This can occur when we use ecommerce, payment, marketing, analytics, support and cloud services.
These countries may have different privacy laws from Australia.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to protect personal information disclosed overseas and put appropriate safeguards in place. This may include assessing providers and using contractual protections.
You may contact us for further information about our overseas information-handling arrangements.
10. Security and Retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify affected people and regulators where required by applicable law.

Fulfil orders and provide customer support.
-
Manage returns, disputes and warranty claims.
-
Maintain necessary tax, accounting and business records.

To make a request, email hello@pureti.com.au. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason and available complaint or review options where required.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our online store is intended for an adult shopping audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate permission where required by law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so we can assess the situation and take appropriate action.
13. Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy policies govern information they collect independently.
Please review their policies before providing personal information. This section does not limit our responsibility for personal information we disclose to service providers under applicable law.
14. Privacy Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please email hello@pureti.com.au with details of your complaint.
We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate and aim to provide a response within 30 days. If additional time is needed, we will explain why and provide an update.

You may also have the right to complain to the relevant privacy regulator in your country.
15. Changes to This Policy
