1. Promoter
The “WIN 1 OF 7 × $150 PURETi GIFT CARDS” promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by:

referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “PureTi” or the “Promoter.”
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. Promotional Period
The Promotion opens at:
12:00 pm AEST on Thursday, 3 September 2026
and closes at:
12:00 pm AEST on Sunday, 6 September 2026
The Promotion will run for a total of 72 hours.
Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, directors, contractors, representatives and immediate family members of the Promoter, and any agency, supplier or other person directly involved in conducting or administering the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter may request reasonable proof of:
- identity
- age
- Australian residency
before awarding a prize.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
- Visit the official PureTi competition entry page
- Complete the competition entry form
- Provide their first name
- Provide their surname
- Provide a valid email address
- Optionally provide their mobile phone number
- Actively tick the required PureTi marketing and sms consent checkbox
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions and
- Submit the completed entry form before the Promotion closes.
The following information is required:
First Name - Required Surname - Required Email Address - Required Mobile Number - Optional (Prefer to receive PureTi promotions, new product announcements and exclusive offers by SMS? Then enter your mobile number and consent to checkbox)
Entry is free and no purchase is required.
Any ordinary internet, mobile or data charges incurred in accessing the entry page are the entrant’s responsibility.
5. Required Marketing Consent Checkbox
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must actively provide express marketing consent by ticking the marketing consent checkbox.
The checkbox must not be pre-selected or pre-ticked.
The entrant must actively tick the checkbox before the entry form can be submitted.
The competition entry form should display the following consent wording:

This checkbox is required to enter the Promotion.
A link to the PureTi Privacy Policy and these Competition Terms & Conditions must be clearly available on or immediately adjacent to the competition entry form.
6. Marketing Consent
As a condition of entering the Promotion, entrants must provide their express consent to receive marketing communications from PureTi.
Consent must be provided by actively ticking the marketing consent checkbox on the competition entry form.
By ticking the marketing consent checkbox, the entrant agrees that PureTi may send them commercial marketing communications by:
- email; and
- SMS, where the entrant voluntarily provides their mobile number.
PureTi marketing communications may include information about:
- product launches;
- new products;
- special offers;
- promotions;
- competitions;
- product information;
- news;
- events; and
- other PureTi marketing communications.
Providing a mobile number is optional.
An entrant who does not provide a mobile number may still enter the Promotion provided they:
- supply a valid email address; and
- provide the required email marketing consent.
Where an entrant voluntarily provides a mobile number and ticks the marketing consent checkbox, the entrant consents to receiving PureTi marketing communications by SMS at the mobile number provided.
Marketing consent will remain in effect until the entrant withdraws their consent or unsubscribes.
Entrants may unsubscribe from PureTi email marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe facility contained within PureTi marketing emails.
Entrants receiving SMS marketing may opt out using the unsubscribe method provided in PureTi SMS communications.
PureTi will maintain appropriate records of marketing consent, including information showing when and how consent was obtained.
Withdrawing marketing consent or unsubscribing after a valid competition entry has been submitted will not cancel or invalidate the entrant’s competition entry or affect their eligibility to win.
PureTi will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Australian law.
7. One Entry Per Person / Customer
Only one entry per person/customer is permitted.
An entrant will not receive additional entries by:
- submitting the competition form more than once;
- using multiple email addresses;
- using different mobile numbers;
- using multiple social media accounts;
- using aliases or alternative names; or
- otherwise attempting to enter more than once.
Where duplicate entries are identified, the Promoter may retain the entrant’s first valid entry and remove subsequent entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are:
- automated;
- fraudulent;
- incomplete;
- misleading;
- duplicated; or
- submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Each eligible person has a maximum of one valid entry in the Promotion.
8. Prizes
There are seven (7) prizes to be won.
Each winner will receive: 1 × $150 PureTi Gift Card
Individual Prize Value: AUD $150 Number of Prizes: 7 Total Prize Pool: AUD $1,050
Each eligible entrant may win a maximum of one prize.
9. PureTi Gift Card Conditions
Each $150 PureTi Gift Card:
- has a value of AUD $150;
- can be redeemed towards eligible purchases from the official PureTi online store;
- may be used once the PureTi online store is available for purchases;
- is not redeemable for cash;
- cannot be exchanged for cash or credit;
- cannot be used to purchase another gift card;
- may be gifted or transferred by the winner to another person;
- may be used over more than one transaction where supported by PureTi’s gift card system; and
- will be subject to PureTi’s applicable Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
Each promotional gift card will be valid for three (3) years from its date of issue, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
If the value of an order exceeds the available gift card balance, the person redeeming the gift card must pay the remaining amount using an accepted payment method.
If the value of an order is less than the available gift card balance, any remaining balance may be used towards a subsequent eligible purchase during the validity period of the gift card.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the gift card applies towards the purchase price of eligible PureTi products and does not provide an additional allowance for delivery, shipping or other charges.
10. Winner Selection
Seven (7) winners will be selected by a random electronic draw from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The draw will take place at approximately:
4:00 pm AEST on Monday, 7 September 2026
The draw will be conducted electronically by or on behalf of PureTi in New South Wales, Australia.
Entrants do not need to be present at the draw to win.
The first seven valid and eligible entrants randomly selected will each receive:
1 × $150 PureTi Gift Card
The Promoter will maintain appropriate records of the draw where required by applicable law.
11. Winner Announcement
The seven (7) winners will be announced at approximately: 5:00 pm AEST on Monday, 7 September 2026
PureTi may announce the winners through one or more of its official:
- Instagram account;
- Facebook page;
- TikTok account;
- website;
- email communications; and/or
- other official PureTi communication channels.
For privacy purposes, PureTi may publicly identify each winner using only their:
first name and surname initial
unless the winner separately consents to additional information being published.
Each winner will also be contacted directly using the email address provided with their competition entry.
PureTi may also contact a winner using their mobile number where one has been voluntarily provided.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all contact information submitted with their entry is accurate.
12. Claiming a Prize
Each winner must respond to PureTi’s winner notification and provide any information reasonably required to:
- confirm their identity;
- verify their eligibility;
- confirm compliance with these Terms & Conditions; and
- allow PureTi to issue the prize.
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner.
Each winner must claim their prize by:
5:00 pm AEST on Monday, 21 September 2026
Once eligibility has been verified, PureTi will arrange for the $150 PureTi Gift Card to be issued electronically to the winner.
13. Unclaimed Prizes and Replacement Draw
If a winner:
- cannot be contacted despite reasonable attempts;
- fails to respond before the prize claim deadline;
- is found to be ineligible;
- submitted an invalid entry;
- breached these Terms & Conditions; or
- is otherwise unable to lawfully receive the prize,
the Promoter may, where permitted by applicable law, conduct a replacement random draw.
Any replacement draw will take place at approximately:
4:00 pm AEST on Tuesday, 22 September 2026
Any replacement winner may be announced and contacted at approximately:
5:00 pm AEST on Tuesday, 22 September 2026
Any replacement winner will be subject to these same Terms & Conditions.
14. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who the Promoter reasonably determines:
- submitted more than the permitted number of entries;
- provided false, misleading or incomplete information;
- attempted to manipulate the entry process;
- attempted to manipulate the draw;
- used automated entry methods;
- acted fraudulently;
- interfered with the proper conduct of the Promotion;
- attempted to obtain an unfair advantage; or
- otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions.
Any decision regarding the validity of an entry or eligibility of an entrant will be made fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
15. Prize Availability and Substitution
The advertised prize is a $150 PureTi Gift Card.
If a prize becomes unavailable because of circumstances genuinely outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by applicable law.
Where regulatory approval or winner consent is required for a substitution, the Promoter will obtain that approval or consent before making the substitution.
16. Winner Publicity
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that if they win, PureTi may publish their:
first name and surname initial
for the purpose of announcing and administering the Promotion.
A winner will not be required to participate in additional advertising, photography, video content, testimonials or other promotional activity without their consent.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Promotion may be used for:
- administering the Promotion;
- validating entries;
- identifying duplicate entries;
- conducting the draw;
- contacting winners;
- verifying winner eligibility;
- issuing prizes;
- maintaining required competition records;
- providing PureTi product and launch information; and
- sending PureTi marketing communications where consent has been provided.
Information collected may include:
- first name;
- surname;
- email address;
- optional mobile phone number;
- competition entry information;
- marketing consent information; and
- information reasonably required to verify a winner’s eligibility.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering this Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to PureTi, and not to Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from responsibility or liability arising out of or in connection with the administration of this Promotion.
Instagram, Facebook and Meta are not responsible for:
- the operation of the Promotion;
- administration of the Promotion;
- collection of entries;
- selection of winners; or
- provision of prizes.
19. TikTok Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok.
By entering this Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to PureTi, and not to TikTok.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release TikTok from responsibility or liability arising out of or in connection with the administration of this Promotion.
TikTok is not responsible for:
- the operation of the Promotion;
- administration of the Promotion;
- collection of entries;
- selection of winners; or
- provision of prizes.
20. Giveaway Scams and Official Communications
Winners will only be contacted through official PureTi communication channels or using official PureTi contact information.
PureTi will never require a winner to pay a fee in order to receive a prize.
PureTi will not request a winner’s:
- banking password;
- internet banking login;
- credit card password;
- PIN; or
- other sensitive account credentials
in order to issue a prize.
Entrants should disregard any social media account, email, text message or other communication falsely claiming to represent PureTi and requesting payment in exchange for receiving a prize.
21. Technical Issues
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted or not received because of:
- technical problems;
- website interruptions;
- telecommunications failures;
- internet outages;
- device failures; or
- circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The entrant is responsible for ensuring their competition entry has been successfully submitted.
22. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation
If the Promotion cannot proceed as originally planned because of:
- fraud;
- technical failure;
- security problems;
- unlawful interference;
- events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control; or
- other circumstances that materially affect the fairness or administration of the Promotion,
the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion only to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any regulatory approval that may be required.
Once the Promotion has commenced, the Promoter will not materially alter these Terms & Conditions except where permitted by law.
23. Liability and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under:
- the Australian Consumer Law; or
- any other applicable Australian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with the Promotion.

The Promotion is governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws and regulations governing trade promotions in each Australian State and Territory in which the Promotion is conducted.
