PureTi Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Operated by Blotch Australia Pty Ltd trading as PureTi ("PureTi", "we", "us", "our").

By registering for or participating in the PureTi Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Affiliate Approval

PureTi reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications based on brand suitability, marketing practices and other legitimate business considerations.

Acceptance into the program does not guarantee an ongoing partnership, minimum earnings or future promotional opportunities.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliate commission rates are determined by PureTi and displayed in the affiliate's UpPromote account or agreed separately in writing.

Commissions apply to eligible, successfully completed purchases attributed to the affiliate through approved tracking methods.

Commissions exclude shipping charges, taxes, refunded amounts and cancelled orders.

PureTi may modify future commission rates by providing at least 14 days' written notice. Changes will not retrospectively reduce commissions already earned under the previous terms.

3. Commission Payments

Commissions are subject to verification and confirmation that the relevant orders have been successfully completed.

Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or chargeback transactions do not qualify for commission.

Valid outstanding commissions will remain payable following termination, subject to the normal verification process and agreed payment schedule.

4. Termination and Suspension

PureTi or the affiliate may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program by providing seven (7) days' written notice.

PureTi may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate for serious misconduct, fraudulent activity, misleading advertising, unauthorised use of PureTi intellectual property, material breaches of these Terms or conduct reasonably likely to cause serious harm to the PureTi brand.

PureTi may also terminate participation for inactivity, poor brand alignment or changes to the program's commercial requirements, subject to the applicable notice period.

Upon termination, the affiliate must cease representing themselves as an active PureTi affiliate, stop using referral links and promotional codes, and discontinue unauthorised use of PureTi branding and marketing materials.

No further commissions will accrue from referrals made after termination. Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable under these Terms.

5. Brand Representation

Affiliates must represent PureTi professionally, accurately and consistently with approved brand guidelines.

Affiliates must not make false, exaggerated, misleading or unsubstantiated statements about PureTi products, including claims about health benefits, material composition, product safety or performance.

PureTi may request the correction or removal of non-compliant promotional content.

6. Marketing and Promotional Restrictions

Affiliates must not:

  • Use unauthorised discount codes.
  • Make purchases through their own referral links to generate commissions.
  • Engage in fraudulent referrals or artificial traffic generation.
  • Run paid advertisements using PureTi's brand name or trademarks without written approval.
  • Impersonate PureTi or misrepresent their relationship with the brand.
  • Send unsolicited marketing communications.
  • Fail to disclose a commercial affiliate relationship where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

PureTi retains ownership of its trademarks, logos, product imagery and supplied brand materials.

Affiliates receive limited permission to use approved brand materials solely for authorised promotion during their participation in the program.

By agreeing to these Terms, affiliates grant PureTi a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit, publish, distribute and use promotional content they create and submit specifically for the PureTi Affiliate Program, including in paid advertising, social media, websites and other marketing materials.

Affiliates warrant that they hold the necessary rights and permissions to grant this licence, including any required permissions relating to third-party content, music, images and identifiable individuals.

8. Program Changes

PureTi may amend its Affiliate Program, eligibility criteria, commission structures or other commercial conditions.

Affiliates will receive reasonable notice of material changes. Changes will apply prospectively, and affiliates may withdraw from the program if they do not accept the revised terms.

9. Independent Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent marketing partners and are not employees, agents or legal representatives of PureTi.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership or authority to enter into agreements on PureTi's behalf.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
